1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of https://www.suryaelectrician.com and the electrical services provided by Surya Electrician Services in Surat, Gujarat. By booking a service, you accept these terms.

2. Quotes and pricing

  • Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges for typical jobs.
  • Every job receives a written on-site quote before work begins; work starts only after your approval.
  • Visit charges (₹99–₹149 day / ₹499 night) apply if you decline the quoted work, and are adjusted into the bill when you proceed.
  • Materials are billed at market rates with receipts; you may supply your own materials, in which case we charge labour only.

3. Warranty

  • All workmanship carries a 90-day warranty from the invoice date.
  • Materials we supply carry their manufacturers' warranties.
  • The warranty covers defects in our work; it does not cover damage from misuse, unrelated faults, water ingress, power surges, or work later modified by others.
  • Warranty claims are honoured with a free return visit and repair at no charge.

4. Scheduling and access

Response and completion times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather, and job complexity vary. You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to inform us of any known hazards. An adult must be present during residential work.

5. Payments

Payment is due on completion of work via UPI, cash, or bank transfer, against a digital invoice. Large projects may be structured with milestone payments agreed in the written quote.

6. Safety and liability

We follow IS 732 wiring code and standard safety practices. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work invoiced for the job in question. We are not liable for pre-existing wiring defects we did not work on, though we will flag hazards we notice.
